Y-O2 Studio designs carpet tiles for market leader, Fletco Caprets

Meet APIS, an exciting modular collection designed by Yo2 for the internationally renowned Danish carpet producer Fletco.
At Y-O2 we always focus on producing eye-catching solutions for walls and floors. Y-O2’s biophilic designed by Elena Georghiadou is printed on hard wearing flat woven carpets and subsequently laser cut in tiles and planks.

Recent Hotel project for Y-O2

Gate 22 Hotel. A charming boutique hotel featuring various interesting wallpapers and rugs proposals by Y-O2 in all the rooms, as well as wall-to-wall carpets in the corridors of the hotel.

A new project for Y-O2 at the Royal Apollonia 5* luxury beach hotel

We are honoured to be part of a new exceptional project with a selection of customized wallcoverings and carpets specially redesigned for this hotel. An amazing use of “Plethora” wallpaper by Elena Georghiadou in customized colour, specified redesign for the main hotel corridor. “Life is a Flower” wallpaper by Malika Novi is a main feature at the Akakiko Japanese Restaurant. Area rugs design “Digest Trims” in customized sizes and colours complement the hotel lobby and bar.

Y-O2 Hotel Project with Marriot Bonvoy

The Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel by Marriott Bonvoy has chosen a selection of Y-O2 wallpapers and area rugs that elevate the hotel’s ambiance, immersing guests in a world of beauty and creativity. A great selection of vibrant designs add the Y-O2 design touch to the 15th floor Sky Lounge, Equinox International Restaurant and the hotel’s main lobby. Designs by Sacha Walckhoff, Elena Georghiadou and Bellavista & Piccini.

Hilton International

One of our works for Hilton International. A beautiful installation of “DT3.03” rug, both as area rug and broadloom. The extraordinary effects of the high wall on the background as well as the columns are the result of the “Chic Veneers” wallpaper collection.

A series of beautiful area rugs are featured in Hotel Motel One at different cities such as Madrid, Nuremberg, Munich. Y-O2 designs revitalized the lobby of these fast-growing hotel chain in Europe.

A project by Seidel Architects. Y-O2 wallpaper collection “Torso Figures” designed by Elena Georghiadou compliments this exceptional project. Existing elements were prepared and harmoniously integrated into the overall picture. Since the Dresden old villa is the headquarters of a project developer, the focus was on the interplay between historical elements and modern equipment to present different design options.

Prima Vista VIP Lounge at Rome Fiumicino International Airport

A lounge in a harmonious blend of luxury and functionality. An architectural symphony of textures and forms by the designers Marina Ordonez and Isabel Velasco. Y-O2 Area rug collection “Slash Limits” combined with “Gipsy Walls” metallic wallpaper collections designed by Elena Georghiadou complement this area of refined elegance and contemporary design.

Malika Novi * Y-O2

Malika Novi is a product designer who lives and works in Milan. This originally Russian designer has designed some beautiful wallpapers and area rugs collections for Y-O2. She gets her inspiration from the people around her, nature, art or even fashion.

Sacha Walckoff designs for Y-O2

Sacha Walckoff partnered with Y-O2 and his great designer skills resulted in an amazing large panoramic wallpaper suggesting a wild orchard where art deco meets Japanese inspiration; as well as an outstanding rug that depicts the banks of a fierce river with heady reflections and swirls… His bold sensibility embraces imagination.

Francesca Muller * Y-O2

Francesca Muller; a German – Italian textile design engineer who worked for some great European manufacturers, designed some of our most recently released wallpaper and rug creations.

Gianni Cinti * Y-O2

Gianni Cinti is a highly talented designer who had been part of Gianfranco Ferrè’s creative team for more than 5 years, operating in the historical venue of “Via Pontaccio” in Milan. Gianni has created some beautiful rugs for Y-O2 like Shangri-La and Fenici.

Y-O2 with Clémentine Chambon at Le Réservoir

Gallery Le Réservoir à Sète presents the collective exhibition Color Block. To the delight of visitors and collectors, 9 artists invest 2000m2 of an atypical space in a lively, rich, heterogeneous and dynamic, proposition.
In this context, Clémentine Chambon presents a series of paintings, wall decorations, objects, and textiles which question the relationship between colours, shapes, and patterns.

The creative process

The talented designer studio CTRLZAK chose Y-O2 rugs as an alternative way to bring awareness about biodiversity and came up with a collection of rugs illustrating the wonderful nature of corals. The inspiration behind the initial idea and process.
